"It's great for calling my family to let them know I've arrived somewhere. Even the most isolated places I visit, like the 'airport' in Tanzania, have internet cafes. I just plug my U3 smart drive into any connected PC and make free calls back home using Skype. Much better than email."

My U3 smart drive Lets Me...

Share (and backup) my favorite photos

The image files are pretty big, so I use FileZilla–a free app on my U3 smart drive–to FTP the files to a secure server. Then I just email the link to my friends and family.

Stay in touch with instant messaging

I have Trillian loaded free on my U3 smart drive, which lets me connect to my instant messaging program and keep track of all my IM contacts.

Send too-big-for-email files

Just yesterday at work, I used FileZilla to FTP a 7MB file to the web server for one of our technical support guys. He retrieved it easily and got what he needed.

Use my Outlook email remotely

With CruzerSync, which came free on my U3 smart drive, all my Outlook files are automatically synchronized-mail, calendar, contacts, everything. It looks exactly like my email on any PC.

Browse the web from any PC, and have all my bookmarks with me

Firefox is my browser. With free Firefox on my U3 smart drive, all my bookmarks and settings are always synched. When I change PCs, I just plug in my U3 smart drive and everything is there. And when I unplug it, everything is completely removed from the computer, so no one can access it.
